Agree with you. It would be the executive equivalent of crossing the Rubicon.
I’m still reeling from the passage of the deathcare bill. Each time they get away with something huge, B.O. and the Dems become emboldened to enact even more unthinkable acts. They will continue until stopped by a force they cannot contend with. I hope that “force” is the 2010 and 2012 elections.
