To add to the too numerous too mention acts of war already committed by the left.
Well, people talk about "acts of war" on this site, but mostly they are engaging in a bit of hyperbole and have no intention of actually treating this as war. When I say "act of war" I mean it in the literal sense. If we had a judge assassinated because the Left didn't like his ruling, that would be a literal "act of war" and would call for some retaliatory violence.

That is what was the immediate trigger for the Spanish Civil War. Leftist ‘Guardia de Asalto’ personnel - think ‘Civilian Security Force’, as powerful and well funded as the military - murdered the most prominent conservative member of the Spanish parliament.
Then it was game on.
