If Obozo is looking for a national emergency to invoke martial law, this will probably do it.
Who's he going to get to enforce martial law?
At one of our local Oath Keepers meetings, I asked the LEO's present what they would do if Obama declared martial law - their answer was "nothing." They stated they WILL NOT enforce illegal orders from Obama. I personally know two of the officers present, and I believe them. I also know for a fact that our sheriff won't enforce Obama's martial law.
The retired military members in our group tell me that our local active duty personnel will not follow unconstitutional orders. The active duty neighbors I know can be trusted not to fire on their community.
So then, who is Obama going to get to enforce his "martial law" at the local level? Federal jackboots? There aren't enough of them to go around (and their numbers will be severely culled if they do try it). If not federal jackboots, who? UN blue helmets or foreign troops? We have a fair number of riflemen (retired military, deer hunters, etc) who can thin their numbers pretty quickly.
So who does that leave? Obama's "civilian" security goons? Good luck with that, Barry.
On a side note, it will be interesting to see how McDonald v. Chicago is decided. That will tell us alot about what our future will look like.
