I'm with ya. In fact, I'd go beyond that and say that a tattoo on the arm would even be better. Scan the tattoo and you have instant verification. For more information on the effectiveness of tattoos, try here:

For that matter, all the tattoo designations could be confined to the right hand or forehead, where they’ll be easy to see and scan.

And the designations could all start with 666-

What does a tattoo have to do with biometrics? Any tattoo can be applied to anyone — it’s basically no different than ID cards and papers in terms of reliability.
