I'd doubt that seriously. Although he's made only 3 cuts out of 13 tried this year, that would make 32 rounds. Last year he made 5 cuts out of 23 tries for 56 rounds. That's a total of 88 rounds in official PGA events. I'd reckon he played a few more rounds that weren't official. Now I haven't played 39 rounds since Obama was sworn in, but I wish I had.
