We're not talking about the definition of english obscenity laws, its no secret that the brits have tolerated degeneracy for decades, I hear that its quite common for the degenerates to copulate like wild feral animals out in broad open daylight in public over there.. Easy to see that its impossible for anything to "deprave or corrupt a significant proportion" of brits, that horse left the barn long ago and its waaaaay too late to worry about that particular problem .. We're talking about letting the citizens of Texas make their own rule of law, enforcing said rule of law, and telling the federal government (and british trolls) to go get bent "weather they like it or not" as the libtards like to say..

Do you see a difference between being offended by something and not wanting to see it on the one hand, and being depraved or corrupted by it on the other? The point simply was, the wording of anti-pornography laws makes it difficult to secure convictions.

And if anything, the situation is even worse in the United States, with obscenity prosecutions being very rare.

And who said they can’t do that? Do you read before you post? I (and several others) have argued that sodomy laws etc. are constitutional, whatever the Supreme Court may have said about them.
