Don't count on it. Mr. Soros is the master of the long view. Temporary setbacks like this are just that. He worked for years to buy the White House, and won't give up just because one Federal Judge pushed back on one policy.

If YOU owned one of these drilling rigs, would you risk starting back up while this thing bounced back and forth between different levels of the US judiciary? Or would you move it to a different part of the world and wait until things return to normal in the US, if ever?
