Comprehensive Amnesty Threat: Senators Challenge Pres. Obama on Rumors of Executive Order Amnesty

Several Senators have learned of a possible plan by the Obama Administration that would provide a mass Amnesty for the nation's 11-18 million illegal aliens. Led by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), eight Senators addressed a letter to the President asking for answers to questions about a plan that would allow DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano to provide an amnesty if they can't secure enough votes for a bill in the Senate.

The letter that was sent to Pres. Obama earlier today asks the President for clarification on the use of deferred action or parole for illegal aliens. The executive actions are typically used in special cases and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but if 60 votes can't be secured in the Senate to pass a mass Amnesty, the Administration may use the discretionary actions as an alternative.

Jack Squat is stuck on stupid and idiocy....hard. The unforeseen problem that he or his posse of idiotic goons have not figured out yet, is that 1) we have caught onto him and 2) what goes around comes around....a thousand fold. He already has, by testing the eligibility of dual citizens at birth.

The first thing that crossed my mind was Carter's amnesty for draft dodgers. I know this is different, but both sidestepped the penalty imposed by law, and did so via executive, not Congressional action.

The fact remains......there are way too many guns in the hands of private citizens for Jack Squat to remove them from...as such, declaring martial law will be a declaration of war against those/we freedom loving Americans, not necessarily a bad thing in my opinion. Our founding fathers had a Revolution to remove the controlling hand and power of Great Britain over a tea tax....hint.

I recently let Chuck know that I didn't vote for him in the recent primary...maybe the first time in 20ish years I didn't vote for him. I may have to revisit that decision come November.
