I don't like Obama or Biden, but Article 88 of the UCMJ doesn't leave much wiggle room for McChrystal. His comments and those of his subordinates made it into circulation.

Even if you don't think it rises to that level, it shows that McChrystal is really naive when it comes to the media and who he surrounds himself with.
