According to Obama “Off Shore Drilling Bad!! Me Ban Off Shore Drilling for America!!” but he just sent $2 Billion of our taxpayer dollars to PetrolBras(Brazilian Oil Company and one of it's biggest investors just happens to be George Soros) so they can drill 14,0022 feet in the ocean for oil. I guess the MSM missed this one as usual.
