$19 million grant for displaced Nummi workers

U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis visited Fremont Monday and announced a $19 million federal grant to help thousands of workers who lost their jobs when the New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. auto-manufacturing plant closed in April.
