If both men AND women could keep their legs closed until they were married and ready to have children, it wouldn’t be a problem.

If both men AND women could keep their legs closed until they were married and ready to have children, it wouldn’t be a problem. It would still be a problem. If a married women chooses to have an abortion, or have her tubes tied, the husband's wishes are legally irrelevant.
