There is an American clinic in Panama - think it’s Mayo and there is another big American clinic scheduled to open in Costa Rica. The care is above and beyond any you can get in the USA for a huge reduction in price

I’ve seen it in L.A. — docs just deciding with little notice to pack it in.
Or, they are changing partners and joining other groups when one of a small group decides to quit.
A group of three that I dealt with is now down to one and he can’t handle the workload. If he didn’t have young kids, he’d retire ‘early’ too. He is 57 now. They seem to be scrambling around.
Trying to find a good ‘primary’ who is taking new patients is quite a task. Multiply this by the whole country and it’s bad, folks.
