Uh oh....I just did a Google Search of Joyce Elliot. Just what I feared; she is a Black candidate in heavily Black Little Rock. What does that have to do with anything, you ask? Tim Griffin starts off with a 13 percent deficit.
Blacks are the largest voting bloc, percentage-wise, that the Dems have. They vote 96 percent DemocRAT.
