It seems more than just liberal ideology, although they are fanatically committed to depopulation. But there seems to be something demonic and diabolical in the way they are so dedicated to and obsessive about it. And Biden has already been warned that he should be excommunicated so there is no excuse here. He's a disgrace as a Catholic. Here you have a liberal American "Catholic" putting pressure on a country in Africa to bow down to abortion and population control. He has to be excommunicated publicly.
