Does she have any clothes on? Or is it just her underwear has on?
Drunker than Cooder Brown. Not good.
Correction: Or is it just her underwear she has on?
She’s wearing a light colored tank top.
I don’t know about Dallas police but I could tell a few tales on Harris County sheriffs and constables.
She shouldn’t have pulled her gun and shot, but that isn’t even seen, only heard and she was dead-azz drunk.
I wouldn’t put much past Harris County police, though... I wonder if the Dallas police are as bad.
Seems that she has more problems in her life than she can handle...she talked of being out of control...i would think her career is over.
Whoops. Sorry about the whole “discharging a weapon” thing... my bad.
One would certainly hope so. Gunpowder and alcohol definitely do not mix...
the infowarrior
She is lucky to be alive from my point of view.
I think the big disgrace here is that the police felt the need to drive her home...
Wow. This happened right down the street from me. After viewing the clip. I have to wonder where she was concealing her pistol?
And why might I ask. Did the uniformed officers not search and disarm her after finding out the was an officer?
They didn't see a problem whereas she did. They know her. They work with her. I'm sure they had respect for her as an officer even in that condition. They could not have imagined that she fire a weapon even if she had one. Nobody could have predicted that.
However, I agree with you. Anyone being put into the back of a police car under these circumstances should have been searched. That is just my opinion.
I kind of see both sides of the thing. Wouldn't it be ironic if the officers giving her a ride home get reprimanded for not searching her. I know that there are going to be BIG changes at that station because of this.
The whole thing is just a big shame, and her life in law enforcement is done, over, gone, kaput, forgetaboutit.
It's sweet that you believe that.
I think it's no harm no foul unless a civilian gets hurt (and sometimes not even then)
Too public now. They cannot salvage this one.
Just a courtesy offered everyone, yes? Maybe one of us little people would be arrested for public intoxication.
Anyone, including police officers, should face criminal charges when they are drunk and armed. That will never happen.
Interesting question, considering what she was wearing in the video?
“I have to wonder where she was concealing her pistol?”
Maybe an ankle holster. There’s all kinds of concealed-carry rigs.
Yup, to everything.
