Doing pretty well. We got a little rain, but it really helped with the many fires we have had.

Remodel is not done yet. The workers are not there every day. And part of the original problem was water leaks. Then after the plumber fixed those, somehow a cap got loose and unknown for how long, water leaked from upstairs to downstairs. The new owner was not happy.
