Yes, because the alternative is revolution. Let’s take a chance on restructuring the Republican party first...it is much less bloody. I am serious about this. Try to remain patient.
I don’t see apologizing to the BP exec who supports Cap and Trade, gives most of their money to Democrats, and was a willing participant in giving Obama a 20 billion slush fund as a “conservative principle”.
We should be attacking Obama for the shakedown, not apologizing to BP.
I confess to being confused by the drift of this and other Barton threads. Are we saying that the taxpayers — I.E., ME, should pay for the damages? If not BP, then who? Not arguing here — just trying to get clear on what people are saying.
