That's nice, but he's probably lowland Pakistani. The Afghans are much more western looking.

But the Taliban are from the South of the country, and might tend to look a bit more like hill country Pakistanis Plus they have lots of "foreign" fighters, who are not Afghan at all, some are Al Qaeda, others are free-lancers.
