Report: Obama said "I am a Muslim"

"The American President told me in confidence that he is a Muslim."

That was the claim of Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit, as reported in the May 2010 issue of Israel Today. According to journalist Avi Lipkin, Gheit appeared on Nile TV's "Round Table Show" in January, on which he said that "he had had a one-on-one meeting with Obama who swore to him that he was a Moslem, the son of a Moslem father and step-son of Moslem step-father, that his half-brothers in Kenya were Moslems, and that he was loyal to the Moslem agenda."

Frank Chapman, a CPUSA supporter, has written a letter to the party newspaper hailing the Illinois senator's victory in the Iowa caucuses: "Obama’s victory was more than a progressive move; it was a dialectical leap ushering in a qualitatively new era of struggle. Wouldn't you agree, though, that the public swearing-in employed the Lincoln Bible?

There's enough damaging information on the man. We don't have to make stuff up. Or engage in wild speculation.

Of course the public swearing in employed the Lincoln Bible. What I was pointing out was that there were 2 different swearing -ins. The second one was without a Bible- that is a fact and is not "making things up". So both of the posters were correct. It just depends on which one is technically considered the legitimate swearing-in.

Not sure how they do it for religion but if you ask a Kenyan he will say that Obama is a Kenyan, the father’s nationality matters in most of the world.
