Excellent point. Maybe with some state and federal money thrown in, the cost may get more palatable.
OTOH, maybe it’d be better to rip it down.
I grew up watching them build the Astrodome from Colt Stadium-Now that was a miserable place!Saw thw first game between the Astors and Yankees-Mickey mantle hit the first home runand watched the field crew run around with space helmets and backpacks. I would hate to see it go but I was at the OTC Show in May and it looks forlorn but I would love to see it converted
