The last I heard Gorelick had been chosen to lead the administration’s legal team that was to sue BP for the cleanup. Now she is representing them???? I smell a scam here especially since BP caved so quickly to this excrow fund — and the Obama czar who will be administering it.
Gorelick had also been considered for Attorney General.
I believe the escrow fund is the “entry fee” for priority status on the carbon credits marketing scam bubble being orchestrated by Goldman Sachs (Tim Geithner et al are “in the WH house). So this is all gravy train and kabuki theater for the stupid masses. Every true liberal environmentalist of ANY persuasion should be outraged. Of course, on the local level in dem politics this translates to “did you get yo payoff yet- dat obama is da man” The chicago way. This has to be stopped. The oil is still leaking, and the mandate for presidential action has been ignored to activate this.
