Why do you think that U.S. not has any significant Merchant Marine fleet flying the Old Glory flag. Why do you think U.S. cruise lines like Carnival are flagging Monrovia, Panama, Bermuda and other "convenient flags"???

Also there’s the cost of building ships in the United States. Eventually we will move over into a “construction battalion robotic” system and that work will all return to the US because we’ll be the lowest cost producer.
