I think it has more to do with ethnicity than money grubbing.
There are those Irish Catholics in my part of MA that are seriously wondering why JFK has not been canonized. Really.
He could have ridden down the street killing babies with his bare hands and they would still give him 100% support.
Same deal here.
I think some of BO’s worshiping 24% crowd would still support him if he walked into a school and shot it up.
They would then blame the gun violence on Bush and the Republicans, because if it wasn’t for those crazy right wingers wanting guns Obama wouldn’t have killed those kids.
