The Sacramento City Council voted 6-1 Tuesday night to enact economic sanctions against Arizona in response to that state's new immigration laws. Because, I presume, they are protesting the difference between Arizona's immigration laws from California's immigration laws and Federal immigration laws.
And those differences are - what?
