"I may go against the grain, but I think Miley is the one at fault."

A couple of people have reference a British tabloid story that says she in fact did have underwear on, and that the photo that Perez twittered was photoshopped, which is still possibly a crime.

It was photoshopped, and the people here blaming Miley Cyrus for it and as disgusting as Perez Hilton, IMO.

If the DA prefers charges then an investigation will easily demonstrate the veracity of the photo. I would write this off as loser anyway you cut it - the only people who care about an outcome are those who care about these two idiots. Prosecuting does nothing to protect the public, nor does it restore the reputation of the “victim”.

just wondering...With the undies which are popular with the young today (my adult daughter included), I do not see much difference between with or without undies. I understand why the young don’t understand a problem sans underwear. Shucks, I feel risque without a slip under my dress.

As I understand it, that’s Lavandeira’s bag. He apparently ‘shopped sperm on John McCain’s face during the election. Just a horrible human being. And, they featured this guy on Idol this season? Nice.
