What happened to one man one vote?Funny you mention that. When the Supreme Court mandated that states use the one-man-one-vote system for state and local elections that actually DID disenfranchise many people. If you look at states like Maryland for example, people who live outside of the most populated parts of the state have no say in the workings of state government at all.
