Two things to note:

california hasn’t produced a competent conservative since ronald reagan.

tea party folks are non-confrontational and don’t go where they are not wanted/supported.

So apparently Kalifornia is lost...eastern desert folks excluded.

You can say the same for Indiana and other so called republican states that voted for Obama.

What about George Deukmejian? The former governor would have made a fine senator or even President had he had any national ambitions.
