BP told Transocean and other contrators to to seal the well with sea water not more expensive mud. There was a big argument between the BP guy and the Transocean. Later the Transocean guy was on the radio on a service boat screming at someoen “See now the rig is on fore - are you happy now?”

Dig it, the evidence abounds, yet they still feign ignorance.

It is also known an o-ring was left out of a joint way down near the end of the line.

This allowed gas to escape outside the column causing untold destruction and creating every growing channels for product to escape from this monster with the force of the exhaust of a jet engine!
