According reports the SEC wants A&M in conjunction with Texas and OU. Unless A&M can convince OU to come along to the SEC, then I don’t see the SEC expanding at all. A&M would also have no natural rival in the SEC.

There is Arkansas - they are the ones who fled the SWC.

A&M has a stand alone offer. A&M’s natural, and longstanding rivals in the SEC, are LSU & Arkansas.

SEC fans visiting our websites have been very welcoming.

You need better reports. Try ESPN.

The Big 12 may be able to save itself with 10 teams...remains to be seen...if so, A&M is committed to that COA.

LSU & the Aggies have a history as well. Then there is Alabama with the Bear Bryant & Gene Stallings connection.

LSU is a natural rival for A&M and they used to play every year. Until LSU got tired of having their asses beat and let the series expire. The LSU Coach then explained: “I have A&M right where I want ‘em. Off my schedule”.
