It isn't impossible to stop illegal immigration

Many people would have us believe that it would not actually be possible to round up and deport all illegal aliens in the U.S. This is most definitely not the case. It is merely a lack of resolve to do so. How can I say this? Easy. It’s been done successfully multiple times in the past. In fact, three of our most well-known presidents initiated successful illegal alien deportation programs.

We could put a stop to the current situation if politicians weren’t often criminal co-conspirators, and law enforcement agencies either disinterested, or told to look the other way. I was stunned to watch a video of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi telling a Hispanic group in San Francisco that she considered illegal aliens “patriotic.”

A couple months old, but addressing the illegal immigration problem successfully has been done in the past. Unfortuately, I don't think the spoon feed American public has the stomach to defend this country anymore.

We need to deport or imprison ALL illegal aliens, including their anchor babies, seal/secure the border and SHOOT anyone who tries to re-enter illegally.

Deport? Yes. In fact He!! yes.

Imprison? No. He!! no. Why on earth should American tax payers build and run jails to house the MILLIONS of illegals. Get them out of the country! The only exception I might consider is if we used those caught to build a wall along the border. Food and a decent nights sleep for 1 year and then they get tossed over the wall.

If they (or any non-US person) wants in, they simply need to follow the well established process which, if done correctly, radically limits the number of people allowed in. Harsh? You bet, but at some point this country is going to tip over and dump us all into a 3rd world country. If Al Gore would talk about THAT tipping point, I might not want to throw up every time I see him.

The key is self-deportation.
Cut off all aid, rentals and education to anyone not legal AND their families...no need for a fence (but I still want one with razor wire and machine gun nests..)

I would be in favor of imprisoning illegals who had outstanding felony warrants for their arrest. Or, we could just shoot them if they try to re-enter after deportation. That works for me as well.

Asset forfeiture and prison for the employers , and it is one of the chicken plucking corporations make it apply to major stock holders and board of directors. Problem would end in a few days.

Why is is that I have to check the immigration status of the guy who wants to cut down my weeds, but the government is prohibited from checking the immigration status of people who want:

Welfare
Driver’s Licenses
Medical Care

It has simply become to easy to be an illegal (or poor, or a drop out or on welfare or....). We have fallen into the trap of making heroes out of people who made horribly stupid, selfish decisions and now suffer because of it, AND by making villains out of those who work hard, sacrifice and delay gratification and have an above average standard of living because of it.

If that gets turned back around in time, the country will be fine. If not, the best of “America” as we knew it, will be gone for good.
