I’d like to know more. The article didn’t say much and this was an important issue.Since the article implied Kagan simply was taking notes on Ruby Ridge incident, seems like this is more of a fishing expedition than uncovering any actual facts not known unless there are handwritten side notes Kagan made which would imply her judicial feeling about it.
