I think this may be a different situation. Child suppport payments go to the custodial spouse but child support reimbursement indicates a government entity paid out welfare for the kids and then determined that she obtained child support from the agency under fraudulent means. I bet the reimbursement is owed to the government, not the spouse. Just speculation.
