At this time of year? Not at all. It's late fall down there, and winter will be coming on soon (and it can get cold in winter in Lima...)

Late fall!? No kidding, I didn’t know this. I would assume, by looking at those pictures that there is no airconditing, much like I had seen in a show about Mexican prison. 15 men per cell, no running water , no AC.
I have to admit that some of these foreign countries have the right concept about prison, make it HELL, and perhaps people won’t want to go, much unlike this country, where a certain segment of the population wears its clothes in such a way to mimic prison uniforms that lack belts.
