Maybe if we weren’t taxed so much for unending welfare for anchor babies, we AMERICANS could afford to have more children.
I don’t know about that. It might help but I think the problem goes beyond one of finances. You have men and women waiting longer and longer to get married with children more and more being viewed as an inconvenience or they are too much work to raise. Dropping taxes won’t make us a more moral people and change our perception of see children as a blessing instead of a curse.
