New EPA regulations have some Northern Michigan dairy farmers crying over spilled milk.
The Environmental Protection Agency intends to classify milk as a hazardous waste; in the same category as oil.
That means, farmers would have to come up with an oil spill prevention plan which could cost them thousands of dollars.
The Senate Agricultural Committee passed a resolution today urging the EPA to take back those regulations.
Why are you posting an article from the Onion and not citing the source?
It wasn’t in his head where the idea came from.
Where ever it was, it should have been smacked with a sledgehammer as soon as it came into existence.
oh....THIS is gonna be all kinds of fun for our side!
Where’s that photo of someone with a milk moustache and the caption “Got Harzardous Waste?” How about lawsuits against these Feminist lactation rooms at work on the grounds that they contain hazardous waste?
Sure reads like it
having lived there I can tell ya, mess with a Michigan farmer and one is liable to develop a sudden lead allergy...
According to the IFDA, the EPA is NOT doing this.

I believe flushing is the preferred and sanitary method of dealing with such emerging ideas.
Small northern Michigan news station. How much investigative work do you think they do?
Well, I’d at least hope they could google it for crying out loud! LOL
Fits in with the choice of Cass Sunstein for Regulator Czar (”nudge!”)
CO2 has become classified as a pollutant by the EPA and now cow’s milk. The insane ones are definitely running the asylum.
Yep...I’vbe been saying that for years now. COntrol of the food supply. Look at the susidies we pay farmers NOT to grow food. Things that make you go hmmmmm.
In Pittsburgh this past winter, we had two large snowfalls. The grocery stores were out of food for days on end. Streets & roads weren’t plowed for days & the stores were telling people that trucks couldn’t get in to restock the stores. I heard & read the same was true in Northern VA after their big snowfall.
Grow your on & store some food people. We are very vulnerable
There will be suits, which is why Kagan must never see the inside of the SC...
