Yeah. Fitzpatrick is a sad case. He was an XO who got court-martialed for improper handling of ship's finances and never got over it. I read up on him out of curiosity.
I have a little sympathy for the court martial; based on what you read, it sounds like he might have gotten nailed for something a little hyper-technical. But he hasn't handled it well. Went to Washington state and made a fool of himself on some local government issues, eventually being removed from meetings by the police. Now appears to be pushing the Citizen Grand Jury stuff as a means of attention and maybe still trying to get back at the world. The long story made short is that he focused his ire on the Monroe County jury foreman for not accepting his indictment of Obama, tried to do a citizen's arrest, and wound up arrested himself. Pretty sad stuff.
