I agree with investigateworld that he is being entirely orchestrated by someone or some others else.
Since HE is not in control of his words or his presentation to the world, anyone who tries to psychoanalyze him will end up analyzing some hot air balloon of someone else's creation.

Professionals recognize the hazards and don’t pretend such diagnoses have the validity necessary say for a court case or custody case.
Nevertheless, professionals are entitled to their opinions on the Destroyer in Chief as much as anyone else is. And, they don’t need to pretend they offer ignorant opinions on such either.
