It's one of those dispatches from the world of social science that leave some gloating and some fuming:
A pair of researchers have concluded that when it comes to grasping basic economic concepts, liberals and Democrats are significantly less "enlightened" than conservatives and libertarians.
*snip*
"But the left has trouble squaring economic thinking with their political psychology, morals and aesthetics," the two write.

REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER !!
Whew, I’m glad I triple-checked (not that it turned up through search). Was about to post same. Very telling.
Rats !
In a nutshell.
So .. so .. pathetically TRUE!
TERM LIMITS !!
I’m happy to gripe about liberal tax and spend policy but, in all honesty, there hasn’t been a fiscal conservative in the whitehouse since Dwight D. Eisenhower. Fiat currency and democracy are like matches and gasoline.
Trying to talk economics with a liberal is like trying to buy plywood from an ice cream man.

Reagan would have been better than Eisenhower. But it was expensive to win the Cold War.
You would have to be an idiot to be a liberal. So obvious. This proves it.
Yep .. just have to listen to them, watch their decisions .. daily.
Reagan was great but Eisenhower was greater IMO. Unfortunately, Reagan kind of started the deficit snowball rolling. Yes, the wall came down and the USSR collapsed but how far away are we from a similar fate now? And Russia and China are stronger than ever now so, what did we win really?
