What if during the Bush Administration, it was discovered that Karl Rove, with the President's approval, hatched a plan to influence the outcome of at least two elections? The outcry from all Americans and particularly the liberal media would have risen to the heavens, and rightly so.
No doubt there would have been demands that Bush be impeached. However, because it is the Obama administration that used these tactics, the reaction from the media has been a big "so what?"
Liberals are saying it's just politics as usual, which is partly correct. In Chicago, it is considered politics as usual. The Chicago political machine is one of the most corrupt in the country. Offering jobs to Rep. Joe Sestak and Rep. Andrew Romanoff, if they dropped out of their primaries, is unlawful and unethical, and indicative of the means Obama will use to ensure that elections go the way he wants them to.
18 USC Code Sec. 211 states that: "Whoever pays or offers or promises any money or thing of value, to any person, firm, or corporation in consideration of the use or promise to use any influence to procure any appointive office or place under the United States for any person, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."
Yet, President Obama, in a recent press conference, said that nothing "inappropriate" happened. During his campaign, Obama promised "hope and change." Yet neither of those promises have been fulfilled. His presidency lacks both transparency and change. He has turned out to be, not the messiah people had hoped for, who would fix a "broken" Washington, but just another politician, trained in the Chicago style of politics.
He has underestimated the intelligence of the American people. It is no wonder that they have become cynical and distrustful of their government. They were promised one thing and given another. Misleading the citizens of our country has become the hallmark of his administration.
One has to wonder how much longer it will be before they revolt.
POTUS Obama is useless, dishonest, an empty suit, hates America, hates our military, hates his own people, hates himself.....just a miserable piece of humanity across the board!!! Democrats, make him resign or impeach him, NOW!!!
Normal!..Just depends what side you re fighting for...............
About 6 months...
HA!!! No, not really.
Obamas Supplemental Bill Passes, Gives Billions to Enemies.
It gives billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to countries and entities that support sharia law and/or harbor, hide and support those who want to destroy the U.S. and our allies.
