I think it's all part of The Plan. The One probably can't be re-elected because of his unpopular policies. Hillary's warming up in the Bull (dyke) pen and will be able to win the Soros-Code Pink-Brainless Boomer-Clueless Feminist votes. If she succeeds him The One's policies will continue with even greater energy but with a much harsher totalitarian flavor. Gulags and mental hospital therapy for wrong-thinking "dissidents" may be a-comin'.
