I saw that. He might as well have punched the thugs lights out if he's going to be charged anyway. I bet this guy's got friends in the court system, and that this was a setup. Fortunately, there were a couple of video cameras rolling.

If it hadn’t been for dirtying the name of the tea partiers, I wish they would have jumped on the guy and beaten him to a pulp- but then the black guy knew they wouldn’t touch him and he’d get off.
