They’ve gotten most of the regulation they wanted via executive fiat with EPA, and the Republicans failed to block that today. All stopping this does is keep them from taxing it and making a boatload of money for Gore and other Dem enablers, which isn’t trivial, but we still haven’t stopped the real economic damage.
You’re right. I saw that the RATS shot it down today, was hoping the EPA would be cut off at the knees.
