We lose more Americans everyday to the temptation of “being government servants” and time is running out.
His plan is working, the worse the economy, the more people will turn to government for employment and support.
And why would they ever vote against their own interests?

Is this even legitimate? The definition of memo is:
Informal written brief, note, record, reminder, or summary used as a means of communication, or to outline the terms of an agreement in its draft-stage.
By definition a memo is informal and is just a note or reminder...it's not an imperative directive.
