YUMA, Ariz. (AP) - Sen. John McCain will be campaigning in Yuma in southwestern Arizona on Friday.
The senator will open his Yuma County Campaign Office and then head to Armed Forces Park to receive an award from the county Chamber of Commerce.
McCain is then scheduled to hold a town-hall meeting.

How many incumbents outspend their rivals 12 to 1 and lose??
Thank you for your insipid insights, RINO.

” But why hasn’t JD caught on? I just don’t buy the ‘McCain’s power’ and ‘Sarah’s endorsement’ as a valid reason why JD isn’t doing better.”
You don’t buy McCain outspending Hayworth 12 to 1 as a factor?
You don’t think Palins daily radio ads for McCain ad an effect?
Palin supporters on another thread are bragging about how Palins endorsement helped her picks.

If you disagree with me, articulate an argument. Name calling isn't much of one.

I would agree with that assessment; however, I would say that, from my understanding, McCain agreed to have a debate.
For him to publicly state such things and double-back on such a promise shows bad character, but we already knew this with McLame from virtually every other issue that’s ever been put before him.

Actually, I don't. One, if voters make decisions based on an endorsement, they're too stupid to vote.
Two, there are other candidates who have been successful and made it a close race (if not having won) with limited financial support.
I ask valid questions. Why are you avoiding them?

Calling in back up instead of handling things on your own? And then you go right to name calling too. Pretty funny considering you (and some of your friends) continually cry about ‘Alinksy’ tactics. Come on, you’re better than that.

” Actually, I don’t. One, if voters make decisions based on an endorsement, they’re too stupid to vote. “
Then why is it all over every news service and blog when someone endorse someone else?
Because it doesn’t matter?
” they’re too stupid to vote.”
Well, they do....look who is President.
“Two, there are other candidates who have been successful and made it a close race (if not having won) with limited financial support. “
12 to one ratios?
I don’t think so.

Great question. Endorsements aren't so much for the candidate as they are for the person making the endorsement. Just look at all the craziness on FR about who makes what endorsement. Again, voters should make their decisions based on where a candidate stands on the issues- not who endorses them. As conservatives, we should be pushing that. Its nothing against endorsements but more so about independent thought and choice.
12 to 1 ratios... So then why can't JD raise more money? See, these are my questions. Please go and re-read my concerns about JD and add your insights.
JD could have all the money in the world, and even some great endorsements. But if he doesn't appeal to voters, the difference is negligible.

McCain was wrong to agree to the debate then not do it. But I'm not surprised that he did so.
I just wish the voters of Arizona would hold him accountable for his lies. They don't.

And by agreeing to the debate (when the polls had McCain in trouble) and now refusing to debate (when the polls have him leading) is political and cowardly.
But it's McCain.
Now, that we've agreed on that, why isn't J.D. gaining any traction with the voters?

Who says he isn't?
Polls? The only poll that counts is the one on election day.
I believe it highly likely that what will happen in Arizona this coming August will be the state-wide equivalent of Nixon's 'Great Silent Majority' rising up as it did after his speech of November 3, 1969.
Arizona has a surprise in store for Senator McNasty, and it isn't going to be another 6-year term.

Can you name any other candidates who are being outspent 12 to 1?
No.
And up against an4 term encumbent?
No.
McCain also has Palin prostituting herself daily on the radio here. That hurts too.
