If they were reliable, they wouldn't be RINOs.
In any event, Fiorina would be a far sight better than Boxer, and almost certainly better than Campbell. DeVore might have appealed better to conservatives, but he simply did not have the money, organization, and recognition to compete. Campbell was in total free-fall, and still out-polled DeVore 3:2.

That was based on early returns. I see in the final tally that DeVore actually came barely short of catching Campbell. I guess Orange County probably had some of the later reporting precincts.

Nice thought, but 2 problems.
1) FioRINO is going to hightail to the left now that she’s got the nom. She’s gonna make Tom Campbell look like Jim DeMint.
2) Witch Babs is going to hit FioRINO HARD with her disastrous job-killing reign at HP. In a deep recession.
I hope I’m wrong, and will in fact hold my nose and vote AGAINST Babs for the Republican candidate. But my heart is heavy and I’m not looking forward to this election at all.
(Full disclosure: yes, I'm in IT. And I used to work with one of Fiorina's old college roomates, who is now a starry-eyed Fiorina butt remora. Yes, it was shuddersome working with this person while HP tanked.)
