I am sure the loved ones of those lost to the ‘nuances of Dutch law’ would appreciate delay in closure and justice.
There’s not much reason to discuss Aruba anymore. It’s history. Whatever should have happened there....will happen in Peru....and in the end...justice is done Peruvian-style.
