There is a little town in York County, PA called FRANKLINTOWN, Zip 17323. Some years ago the town council passed an ordinance REQUIRING every household to own a firearm. An elderly widow lady did not own one; so some of the locals BOUGHT one for her so she’d be legal. Haven’t heard anything for years, but understand the crime rate is very low.
