My wife says Obama was probably a studderer in his youth and uses the teleprompter as an aid in his speech to keep from studdering.

The video of the kid nodding off captures part of Obozo’s speech where he says he “had a tendency to goof off when he was their age.” What a shocker. I would have sworn he was the hardest working guy around based on his stellar Hugh Hefner performance in the people’s house.
Guy introduced him as the “Honorable” Barack Obama, President. Never heard that before. Looked it up and “the President” is proper protocol.
