I gave my finals last week. Finals continue through today in other classes. Tonight's our school prom (and incidentally, my daughter's school's prom, too). Today is Brooklyn-Queens Day where students from 2/5ths of NYC get the day off for no particular reason (but the teachers don't anymore), so today is a popular prom night because it saves money over Friday nights.

Looks like Little Tann isn't going to Ten Mile River this year, which means that I'm not. He's never been a big fan of camping and he's got other stuff lined up, so he'll be keeping busy and socializing. He's on his "senior" trip (8th grade) today, and tomorrow, he'll be doing some sort of orientation thingy at his new high school.
